I have been working
as a Solution Architect since 2008 doing presales, delivery and support
mainly in BSS area as well as some areas of OSS (Fulfillment, Device
Configuration).
I have experience
in Revenue Management (IN, Rating, Billing, Convergence…), Revenue assurance,
provisioning, Mediation as well as Service Layer integration towards BSS and
OSS (SMS, MMS…).
I am currently
working as End to End overall solution architect for projects in Algeria
covering solutions such as VoLTE project implementation (Charging,
Provisioning, Mediation, Policy, Billing…) and Charging System project
including: Expansion, Centralized backup, 3GPP Sy, Performance Management of
Charging nodes…
Till beginning of
2015 and for almost 3 years, I have been working as an Engagement Solution
Architect engaging with our customers in Maghreb for business related to
Ericsson BSS portfolio (CRM, Billing, IN, Mediation, Provisioning,
Convergence…) through workshops, presentations, RFQs…
Before moving to
Solution Architect role, I have been working for 2 years as Multimedia and
System Integration Engineer in Ericsson where I have had experience with
